Fighting the loser lord on that rocky terrain was definitely to Aang’s advantage. Since Aang can bend all four elements, there probably wasn’t a lot of places where the Phoenix king of getting his butt wupped would’ve stood a chance. Aang could’ve killed him twice, but he just couldn’t do it. Once with the lightning redirect, and once in the Avatar State. Ozai should consider himself lucky that he was shown mercy. “Go Aang, firebending slice”.

Okay, they’re starting to show Avatar Book 3 episodes on Nicktoons today. So, it’s not really nickelodeon, but it’s still important b/c its the first time they’ve aired book 3 on nicktoons network.
But the new episodes should begin airing sometime mid-july.

Yes, Aang can stop the comet. When the comet comes, Aang’s firebending also increases. Read the book and you’ll know.

the last episodes named sozin’s comet but in a few episodes sozin s comet will arrive and he is not going to be able to stop the firelord how can he stop him when the sozin s coemt is cominng ????????

Aang said so himself that he couldn’t enter into the avatar state because his 7th chakra is sealed. He never said that he couldn’t still travel into the spirit world. In fact, twice in Book 3 he was able to talk with Avatar Roku.
Now as for making it look as if he did enter the avatar state on the Sozin’s Comet cover, we have yet to see what happens next. Who’s to say that Aang doesn’t find some way to unlock that chakra. He has to be able to enter his avatar state to defeat Firelord Ozai. I really don’t see how he’ll defeat him without it.
