Watch Avatar Book 3 Chapter 18: Sozin’s Comet 1 - The Phoenix King (318)
As Aang reveals he has decided to wait until after the comet passes to confront Ozai, Zuko explains the Fire Lord’s plan to use the power of Sozin′s Comet to destroy all of the Earth Kingdom forcing Aang to choose to attack the Fire Lord before the comet’s arrival. Because the monks taught him to care for all life, Aang refuses to kill the Fire Lord. In the night, he is drawn toward an island which disappears before morning. When everyone awakes to find Aang missing, Zuko leads the rest of the group to the Earth Kingdom to meet a tracker whom they hope can find Aang. The Fire Lord crowns himself Phoenix King and Aang awakens on the island not knowing where he is.

Question: How does Katara heal Zuko so fast after he was shot by lightning?
Answer: Zuko redirected the lightning at the last minute and only took some of it. Therefore, he could be healed quick enough because it was only a minor injury. (look at after Zuko was shot, notice the lightning flashing out of the royal palace.)

SokkaLoverXoX- Actually Aang was the one in the southern raiders who said she needed to take the journey and Aang was never able to confort her when she needed it because she never needed any confort. Katara wasnt under much stress Aang was the one who was under ALOT of stress. The only thing i hate about kataang is the hieght difference. Zutara would have been ok I guess but I could see Kataang happening.

Look, to all you Kataang fans.. ew. They are sooo good as best friends.. but it would be weird together. The show needs a twist, which is why im INLOVE with Zutara. That is sooo cute. go to google images and search it. i swear, they are meant to be. Was Aang there to help Katara when she needed to talk to the man who killed her mother? NO. That was Zuko. He helped her many other times, and she knows it. They’ve both endured eachothers life-changing expieriences. I LOVE ZUTARAAAAA! <33
