This is another one of my favorite episode! If I would need to choose one of 4 elements, I would choose water bending
Couse its one of the most powerful element of all 4 elements :D( but I really like air bending and fire bending) but still i would choose water 
With this you can contorl humans, but Katara dont want to be blood bender and I really dont understand why, but later she will use blood bending on someone 
I think she will use this on extra case

A-Man- Essentially yes, because air’s composition it gas, so if an airbender knew of the oxygen and carbon-dioxide in our lungs (anything biological for that matter) then yes, if they focused hard enough they can get ahold of all that gas, bend it, evaporate, and even destroy it.

I dont understand why doesn’t katara want to use the blodd bending. someone like azula whould certainly deserve it. even if it is against their will it is a way to fight your enemies and seems very tactical but yet very unforgivable.she should just use it as a last resort but what are the chances that she’ll get that chance on the full moon i mean come on she doesn’t need it but she could use it if she had to right?
